 Order changes   If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at [email protected] We will try our best to make the changes. However, we may not able to make change after we had finished processed your order.    
 Track your order   If your order is shipped via registered mail or express delivery. A tracking number will be provided to you.

 Item Availability   Items marked with "Out of Stock" are currently out of stock.

We try our best to update our Inventory information but occasionally an item that shows in stock at the time your ordered may had sold out.
 
  
 How to check your order history?   Log in to your account using your email and password. Then please select "View My Order History".    
 Not receiving your order   Please refer to our Order Tracking FAQ for way to track your order.

It generally takes around 5 to 10 business days for order to arrive. In some occasion, order do not arrived within the time specified. This could be due to customs inspection. This inspection is random and is usually temporary, please allow one week as a grace period.

Please email [email protected] if you do not receive your orders, will arrange to send a replacement after the grace period.
 
  
 I received only 1 pack of beads but I had ordered more than 1   We put multiple packs of the same style, size and color of crystals into one single plastic bag. Please check the total quantity of crystals in the plastic bag.
