 Return, Exchange Procedure   You may return your order/items in their original condition for a full refund or a replacement, excluding shipping charge. (Please note that we are located in Hong Kong and all returns & exchange have to be send back to our address in Hong Kong, we will not responsible for returns that are lost during shipping.)

If the return is due to error, shipping charge will also be refunded. We will send the refund only after the returns has been received.

Please send returns in appropriate packing. We recommend sending the returns in bubble mailer to avoid damage in shipping.

Please email support@anybeads.com before you return your order. A copy of the invoice has to be included together with your return.
